A new Wikileaks cable has emerged which discusses the acknowledgement of Extra Terrestrial life. This cable is a message sent from a Tajikistan Embassy to Washington DC. To say that this is very fascinating news would be an understatement thinking about the amount of disclosures that have been released recently. Ubaidulloev asked for help in acquiring Tajik students admitted to Harvard University, but successfully declined to assist find a new location for an American Corner in Dushanbe.
