Physicist Claims HAARP Can Manipulate Time Itself

A brilliant physicist published a revolutionary paper citing 30 other scientific papers claiming that HAARP has incredible powers far beyond what most investigators of the high frequency energy technology suspect. His theory, rooted in Einstein’s relativity, sparked controversy due to its extraordinary implications.

Dr. Fran De Aquino asserts a fully functional HAARP network, activated globally, can not only affect weather and geophysical events, but influence space and gravity…even time itself!

De Aquino argued that HAARP’s ELF radiation (generated by modulating high-frequency radio waves) could create a uniform electromagnetic field capable of altering local spacetime.

According to his papers, mass exposed to this field would experience time shifts relative to outside observers—similar to time dilation near a black hole or at near-light speeds.

He also claimed this technology could reduce or amplify gravitational forces, enabling hypothetical applications like inertia-free propulsion or “floating” objects.

In one analogy, he described a steel ship enveloped in a uniform ELF field “transitioning to another time.”

De Aquino warned that HAARP facilities (including sites in Alaska and Antarctica) formed a near-complete global network. If activated, this system could allegedly manipulate weather, trigger earthquakes, and even control time on a planetary scale.

Mainstream physics rejects artificial time manipulation as theoretically implausible with current technology. HAARP’s own data shows its ELF waves are trillions of times too weak to affect relativity-scale phenomena.
