I know the phenomenon has already been talked about , I just want to share this article because I found it really helpful as it happens to me a lot. As a matter of fact I just woke up an hour ago and I have to say it was one of the tricky times, it took me a while to shake off the dizziness and realize it was not morning (I woke up around 9pm i was taking a nap :P) So i tried not to panic this time and I rememberd what I read in this article in order to help myself wake up .
