The latter is located in Alaska and is a system for studying the ionospheric scattering of high-frequency radio waves. Several sources claim that HAARP is a climate weapon capable of changing weather and causing natural disasters.
The Japanese drew attention to the fact that HAARP is a rather controversial and mysterious facility closely associated with the US Army. There is a possibility that within the framework of this project, scientists are really engaged in the creation of electromagnetic weapons, and the recent incident in Japan could have been triggered by the testing of these technologies.
