The concept of the ‘Matrix of Duality’ is often associated with suffering for those who cling to it.

The devil often communicates in the guise of logic, intelligence, and justice. In contrast, it is only through our soul that God speaks. However, the collective systems of upbringing, education, and society are designed in a manner that allows the mind to consistently overshadow the soul and heart.

“If you pursue justice, you may encounter the devil.” Do you wish to find God? Look for Him in love, patience, and mercy towards one another. For all divine manifestations transcend logic. Consider this: love, honor, nobility, and selflessness are among the most luminous human emotions, yet can they be deemed logical?

Humanity under testing

From the moment we enter this world, we are thrust into a realm of duality. We rapidly assimilate lessons, even at an unconscious age: hunger and satiation, wetness and dryness, affection and rejection, among others. As soon as we begin to think, even slightly, we immediately start attaching our judgments and associations to events and people: bad/good, good/evil, dark/light. These assessments are then extended to those who resemble our initial subjects, and even to those who are remotely similar.

Throughout our school years, this system of grading becomes ingrained in our minds. We find ourselves being judged: by teachers, peers, classmates, and parents. This ingrained assessment can ultimately be detrimental to many people’s lives. How does this occur?

We attempt to amplify and replicate everything we like and deem “good” in our lives, which leads to a strong attachment. Consequently, we risk experiencing significant emotional pain upon its loss. Conversely, we seek to avoid and eliminate everything we dislike and label as “bad,” which also receives our condemnation. Life, in its irony, often presents us with the very things we have condemned.

Thus, it often happens that a person loses everything they are deeply attached to and accumulates everything they flee from.

This cycle underscores the importance of each individual’s journey to transcend duality. We must learn to detach from everything and everyone and to refrain from judging others. This is a formidable challenge. The greater one’s potential, the more intense the trials life presents.

We possess nothing that is ours, at least not in the material sense

Our mental attachments stem from the ego. We often hear and say: my family, my children, my house, my car, my job, my career, and so on. However, the truth is that everything we possess is granted to us from above, only temporarily. When a person departs from life, they take nothing material with them. Yet, they do carry away the most significant things: their experiences and their spectrum of emotions. These are truly ours by right.

All else are snares of the mind and vanity. Children mature and leave to start their own families. Partners may decide to part ways. Jobs or businesses might end. This is the nature of all material things, for everything is transient in this world, except for our experiences and emotions.

Duality and evaluation

Evaluative behavior can lead to suffering because it stems from the concept of duality. When the divine flow of light and unconditional love reaches our planet, it divides. Before this division, it is known as “mono,” which means “unity.” After the division, it becomes “de mono,” a term that signifies separation. Small children, being whole and connected to divine energies, radiate joy and brightness, for they have not yet experienced the fragmentation of their souls.

“Divide and rule” is often cited as a favored strategy of oppressive forces. As we grow, each of us endures our own form of suffering, be it physical or psychological. Often, we find such pain unbearable, leaving fragments of our soul trapped in those moments and with the people who caused us harm.

This suggests that if we fail to fully process these experiences, they will resurface later in life, in new iterations, as life’s spiral turns. They recur so we may heal and become whole. However, trapped in a dualistic mindset, we resist revisiting these painful experiences and the people associated with them, believing we have learned from the past. This resistance not only hinders our healing but also amplifies the recurrence of such experiences. The very people we shun reappear in various forms, and by avoiding them, we dodge the healing process, circling through the same painful experiences.

The ultimate goal for each individual is to transition from fragmentation to wholeness, to painstakingly gather the scattered pieces of our soul and become complete. This can only be achieved by confronting every dark corner of our soul, recognizing, and accepting the significant role played by each person who has hurt us, as they have revealed these dark corners.

No matter the difficulty, it’s crucial to accept and understand that if we haven’t transcended duality through positive experiences, life will present us with negative ones. These are meant to help us reclaim our soul’s integrity and achieve freedom. Escaping the matrix signifies liberty!

FREEDOM is the absence of viewing anything in life as inferior. It’s recognizing that everything consistently serves our growth. By trusting life and following its call, you move towards happiness. If you don’t let your mind silence the gentle voice of your soul, it will guide you to joy. After all, the soul is a fragment of God, and God is LOVE!
