Sensational FBI report: "Three so-called flying saucers were picked up in New Mexico" 1

Scott C. Waring discovered on the FBI website a report that on March 22, 1950, agent Guy Hottel sent to the FBI director, then headed by J. Edgar Hoover.

According to the blogger, the document indisputably proves that aliens exist – they are small, about a meter tall, and fly on “saucers” with a diameter of 15 meters.

“According to an Air Force interrogator, three so-called flying saucers were recovered in New Mexico. They were described by him as circular in shape with raised centers, approximately 50 feet in diameter. Each one was occupied by three bodies of human shape but only three feet tall, creatures were found, dressed in metallic cloth of a very fine texture. Each body was bandaged in a manner similar to the blackout suits used by speed flyers and test pilots.

According to the informant, Mr. (crossed out), the saucers were found in New Mexico due to the fact that the government has a very high-powered radar set-up in that area and it is believed the radar interferes with the controlling mechanic of the saucers.”

It is worth mentioning that Guy Hottell is a real character, he served in the FBI since 1934, and in 1950 he headed the headquarters in Washington. His message is genuine although it cannot directly serve as proof that the saucer crew were aliens.

Aliens and oil

The document itself, as it turned out, was declassified back in the 70s of the last century. Even then it became known that it appeared thanks to the efforts of two inveterate scammers and hoaxers – Silas Mason Newton and Leo Gebauer, who in the 30s of the last century sold “oil-bearing areas” to gullible American businessmen, pouring oil into dry wells.

The idea to involve aliens in their activities lit up the scammers in 1947 – after information appeared in US newspapers about the so-called Roswell incident – the crash of a “flying saucer” with aliens in the state of New Mexico. In 1949, Newton and Gebauer were already selling “secret magnetic devices” for crazy money, which supposedly accurately indicated deposits of oil or gold, as if the devices were made according to extraterrestrial technology, taken from the aliens.

Along the way, businessmen earned on most alien topics. They appeared in newspapers, magazines, on the radio. In 1950, Newton, posing as a scientist, began lecturing on “flying saucers”.

Newton was more brazen than many others and he insisted he personally saw in a secret laboratory both “flying saucers” and the bodies of humanoids – “with the same physical structure, beautifully built.”

Speaking on March 8, 1950 at the University of Denver, Colorado, the “lecturer” reported on a “flying saucer” that allegedly fell near the city of Aztec in New Mexico on March 28, 1948. Already on March 9, the Denver branch of the FBI telegraphed to the “center”:

“Today, two sources reported that yesterday or today, one, and maybe more, lectures were read to students at the University of Denver, during which Silas Newton spoke about “flying saucers” that he allegedly saw with his own eyes. He claims to have seen several of these objects. One of them allegedly fell in the state of New Mexico. According to him, in addition to the “saucers” themselves, he also saw the Enlonauts, who he described as similar to people, but only three feet tall.”

Similarly, a report dated March 22, 1950 appeared. Guy Hottell prepared it from the words of a man who attended one of the lectures of pseudo-ufologists.

By the way, the FBI agents were not interested in UFOs on their own initiative – there was a corresponding order from the authorities.

In 1952, Newton and Gebauer were nevertheless arrested for fraud with “alien devices.” But they were given a suspended sentence and finally released.

The truth is out there: another opinion

A man who walked on the moon was absolutely positive that the Earth is visited by aliens from outer space.

Astronaut Edgar Dean Mitchell, Apollo 14 crew member (1971), PhD:

I was lucky to touch the fact that our planet was visited and that UFOs are a reality. – For the last 60 years or so, all our governments have been very careful about this, but gradually the information leaked out, and some of us were lucky enough to learn a little about it. I have spoken to members of the military and intellectual circles who know that beneath the surface of mass knowledge lies the answer: yes, we have been visited by aliens.

Edgar Mitchell, the sixth man on the moon, was not at all shy when talking about aliens.

According to Mitchell, they are like us. And they do not differ much from the traditional image known from movies and drawings: aliens are small, with large heads.
