“Self-interested multipolarity!” and the Plutonium atom: China’s peace plan or the Economist’s hint on nuclear war?

The “Global Civilization Initiative” announced by Beijing on March 15 no longer seems naive, superficial or ridiculous and The Economist was the first to see serious problems for all as well as provide recommendations for neutralizing China’s plans.

The world conspiracy community has been puzzled by the solution of another cryptic message from The Economist, as if illustrating the entry of Russia into the Qin empire.

As it may seem at once, and as, in fact, it seemed to everyone, China is represented by a star around which satellites revolve: the UN, Iran, Saudi Arabia and Russia.

“China’s aspiration to the Middle East, with the reconciliation of the Saudis and Iranians, is considered an “intervention” at all. Not to mention Beijing’s terrible habit of conducting “dialogue with autocratic regimes without imposing conditions on them.”

The scariest thing is that the non-Western world seems to like the Chinese rules of the game more than one could imagine, The Economist wonders. And he concludes: such a “mercenary multipolarity” is capable of giving the PRC the security it so longs for!”

However, if we look at the picture more closely, we see more of an atom than a star system, since the planets are formed from a gas cloud and eventually rotate in the same plane. Therefore, we are talking about a certain atom.

The only atom with four electrons is Beryllium, so we can think that this is precisely its atom. However, in Beryllium, the electrons are distributed over two levels, which is not visible in the picture.

The second candidate is Carbon, which has exactly four valence electrons circling around in outer orbits. Carbon is a very important element for the entire organic life of the Earth, so one might think that The Economist just hints at this – they say, China begins to build its civilization, from its atoms, where it will be, as it were, Carbon and underlie everything.

However, according to the periodic table, below Carbon we see elements that are chemically similar to Carbon and have a similar outer electronic configuration, that is, 4 outer (valence) electrons. And at the end of this table we will find Plutonium.

In fact, Plutonium has only 2 electrons in its outer orbit, and as many as 7 valence electrons, as it is written in reference books, but reference books are usually written by docents. Plutonium actually has four valence electrons, its most stable valence.

And in total, Plutonium also has four valences – III, IV, V, VI. The remaining compounds of plutonium, for example PuS, have a metallic bond between the atoms and, for example, valence II is out of the question. Therefore, here The Economist, as it were, hints twice, and therefore Plutonium is the very first candidate.

In addition to the valence electrons to create a stable valence, Plutonium also has electrons in inner orbits that sometimes fly up and provide extreme valence bonding. Such an electron, for example, can be North Korea, which, by the way, is not shown in the picture – the electrons of the inner orbits are never visible.

On Friday, North Korea said it had tested a nuclear-capable underwater drone capable of triggering a “radioactive tsunami.”

“This nuclear submarine attack drone can be deployed on any coast and in any port, or towed by a surface ship for a subsequent strike,” the report says.

The South Korean intelligence statement also states that “Pyongyang is more than ready to use its tactical nuclear weapons at any time.”

Finally, on March 23, 2023, Pluto entered the sign of Aquarius for the next 20 years, to which The Economist could be hinting with its cover. Therefore, with a high probability, the picture shows a Plutonium atom.

Plutonium is a very interesting element and you can probably make a lot of different useful things out of it. But, unfortunately, at the moment, people have learned to utilize it only for nuclear weapons and The Economist seems to be hinting on their imminent use.

The Pentagon deploys missile defense ships

After Xi’s visit to Moscow, the geopolitical situation in the world somehow suddenly worsened. So the North Koreans announced the tests of a nuclear torpedo with a megaton charge, destroying ports and entire pieces of the coast, they tested a ground-based cruise missile. In Russia, Putin burst out with a new series of threats to smash the West to dust.

In the meantime, news comes from the United States, where, it seems, they took the above threats very seriously:

According to accounts that monitor the near-war situation in the world, in the last 24 hours, three iconic ships of a special type left the main US Navy base at Pearl Harbor, the main of which is a Sea-Based X-band radar.

This device was built in 2014 and cost the Pentagon a billion dollars. The sea-based radar built on the basis of an oil platform is operated  as part of the US Missile Defense Agency’s missile defense program. It is a station for detecting and transmitting target designation to combat assets of the THAAD anti-missile defense system and EKV ex-atmospheric intercept missiles.

The radar sees the launch of ballistic missiles for approximately 3000 miles, after which it tracks the trajectories of their warheads. The radar station does not have a permanent location. Usually the station team warms up in Hawaii, where there are enough such radars and the task of the SBX is to relocate to one point or another where missile defense is required to be strengthened.

Ships that went to sea at the same time as SBX will be of a lower rank, however, they have the same task – to intercept ICBMs. Since such a massive and expensive campaign does not look much like an exercise, everyone is wondering: what would it be for?

So far, the most common version involves preparing a strike or they are deployed so that China does not have the necessary time to signal a pre-emptive command to Kim. However, in fact, the versions can be very different, including the interception of SBX targets flying out of Moscow.
