In the evening of March 11, 2020, at a special WHO briefing, the World Health Organization declared the Covid-19 epidemic a pandemic.
Earlier on Tuesday, March the 10th, at a private meeting with Senate officials, Dr. Brian Monahan, the official attending physician for the US Congress, said that “one should prepare for the worst”. He estimates that up to 150 million people in the United States will become infected with the coronavirus.
According to other estimates, the figure will be slightly higher both in the US and around the world – 60% of the world’s population will be infected with the coronavirus.
The good news from Dr. Monahan is that about 80% of people who become infected with coronavirus will ultimately be okay and get sick almost asymptomatically, but this is where the bad news come in.
So, if 60% of the 7.5 billion people on Earth get sick, then numerically this will be at least 4 billion. Three billion people will be asymptomatic, but about a billion will be seriously ill and will need hospitalization. There are not so many beds on the planet, and therefore very, very few will receive treatment.
The second bad news is the markets. If in the coming months a quarter or more people fall ill in the world, production will stop, after which markets will most likely collapse, followed by all world currencies.
Next, global disruptions in supply chains will begin, including food and essentials. If you add to this the collapse of the world banking system, all sorts of quarantines and other “forced tough measures” – riots will begin everywhere.
The third bad news is that the WHO statement is essentially a formality – an epidemic that has been going on for so long and doesn’t care about the opinion of the bosses sitting on large chairs. But the fact is that PANDEMIC is not only a medical, but also a legal concept, and in the modern world – this is practically a legal concept.
For example, a page such as the Rules and Laws that may apply during a pandemic hangs on the US government website. We read what is written there:
Under the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Relief Act, the President may declare an emergency at the request of the governor of the affected state. The president can also declare a state of emergency without the request of the governor if the primary responsibility for the response lies with the federal government in order to provide expedited federal assistance and the necessary support.
In accordance with Section 361 of the Public Health Act, the United States Secretary of Health and Human Services is authorized to take measures to prevent the spread of infectious diseases from foreign countries to the United States and between states. The authority to perform these functions is delegated on a daily basis to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). There are still many different hyperlinks to other acts, but the general essence is clear: the executive branch of the United States is endowed with additional powers, in particular with the power to allocate resources and the power to quarantine citizens. That is, FEMA, with the transition to NWO (New World Order).
Naturally, all these legal acts relate exclusively to the United States, but in other countries they are written either in the image and likeness, or even under a carbon copy. No one has ever read them, so when everyone does, people will expect many wonderful discoveries. Although – some discoveries lie directly on the surface.
Most possibly these documents were reviewed when the epidemic in Wuhan just appeared, and they will enter into force in April 2020.
And although all these three listed news are bad, there is the fourth news, which, obviously, will already be very, very bad.
When the world begins to plunge into chaos, people will be somehow distracted from Covid-19. And what can distract billions of people from such a situation? The only stronger irritant is war.
