An internal Chinese report warns that after an outbreak of coronavirus, Beijing has faced a growing wave of hostility that could lead to a confrontation with the United States, people familiar with the document told Reuters. A report submitted earlier this month by the Ministry of State Security to Beijing’s top leaders, including President Xi Jinping, concluded that global anti-Chinese sentiment has reached its highest level since the crackdown on Tiananmen Square in 1989.
As a result, Beijing was faced with a wave of anti-Chinese sentiment led by the United States after the pandemic, and now, as Chinese analysts and scouts conclude, it is necessary to prepare for the worst possible scenario – a direct armed confrontation between the two superpowers. The report was compiled by the China Institute of Contemporary International Relations (CICIR), an analytical center affiliated with the Ministry of State Security, the highest intelligence agency in China. Reuters was not provided with a copy of the document, however, our source is fully familiar with it in full and in full.
The official representative of the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China, answering a question from Reuters, denies everything: “I do not have relevant information,” he said. The Ministry of State Security of China does not have publicly available contact information, so it is not available for our requests and there are no comments from there. CICIR, an influential think tank that until 1980 was part of the Ministry of State Security and advised the Chinese government on foreign and security policy issues, also did not respond to our request for comment.
Reuters is, of course, a very respected source, however, like many global media, it reports the truth, the truth alone, and only the truth, but not the whole truth. The whole truth is that the document that Reuters reports on is a very secret document and a very narrow circle of people is familiar with it.
The likelihood that one of these persons leaked secret information to journalists is ridiculously small. Therefore, there can be only two sources:
a) US intelligence; b) Intelligence of China.
In the case of the first option, Washington simply continues to go within the framework of the course noted in the document, that is, to assemble an anti-Chinese coalition. And now, having this message from Reuters, it will be easier to push the Allies to prepare for war: upon seeing this paper everyone will be scared and the troops will begin to move.
In case b), it is the fruit by Chinese intelligence, Beijing thus simply, in its traditional manner, conveys greetings to the Americans and generally to everyone. Since the anti-Chinese sentiment is definitely somehow implicated in the Covid-19 pandemic, even in Africa, men are running after Chinese citizens with large iron-wood sticks. As a result, the Chinese leaked a document to show how they take everything seriously: that is, either love us again, or we will arrange a Third World War.
At the end, everything definitely goes to this Third World. So, only in the last three days of April, Trump signed three orders in the event of an emergency situation: an order for the continuity of power, an order to deploy reservists, an order to protect US energy networks. Besides these orders in the United States there are a number of other serious movements, each of which has a dual purpose. For example – the construction of military hospitals where necessary and where not necessary, the deployment of FEMA forces. Officially, everything is needed to fight the pandemic, but in case of war, the involved ministries and departments will do the same.
Moreover, according to rumors, US intelligence issued a paper, some time ago to the White House similar to that of the Chinese and all important officials and the military, which led to the measure of the level of tolerance that America was preparing for war.
Reuters are, of course, good guys, but they are optimistic and write about a new Cold War. However, unfortunately, there is none and will not be any Cold War: during the Cold War, the GRU, the Russian foreign military-intelligence agency, did not issue documents of this kind to the Politburo. That is, the possibility of a conflict with NATO has always been understood and implied, but there have never been papers like “you need to prepare right now.”
The Cold War is all sorts of long-term deployments, the construction of fleets, the development of missiles and aircraft with the prospect of a conflict that will not be clear when. And this Cold War has always been and is going on, as China builds ships in the hundreds, tanks and planes are put into service by the thousands. At the same time, we are now witnessing not a long-term, but a final deployment, that is, when the military has already put everything in its place and redrawn the borders. Therefore, the conflict between China and the United States is the immediate prospect and most likely it will begin before September 2, 2020.
In the light of the document received by Reuters, we can guaranteedly predict something like a revolution or a sharp change in Russia that will happen in the very near future. A possible consequence of this revolution (or change of course) will be either the beginning of the Russian-Chinese war, or the conflict of the Russian Federation with NATO.
Today, the foreign policy of the Russian Federation can be defined by the words “not fish, not meat”. On the one hand, the Washington Regional Committee decides all important issues, all the money of the state and elites in American banks, 2/3 of effective managers and other great leaders in the West have real estate, relatives and foreign passports. On the other hand, in the framework of the policy of “getting up on one’s knees” and “fastening staples”, Russia has opened borders with China – the Chinese go to Siberia in droves, they build everywhere or privatize anything they can. Along the way, they cut the forest trees, pump oil and ‘explore’ Lake Baikal. The guarantor of this state of affairs is the explicit or implicit Chinese garrisons.
In a peaceful and calm time, the situation suits everyone, however, if the confrontation between China and the USA escalates, neither Washington nor Beijing needs an ally sitting on two chairs. If the Kremlin thinks that they are there like Switzerland, that is, they will collect loot and remain neutral, then serious people will quickly explain to effective managers that the time has come for a choice. That is, either you are with us, or you are with them.
So, if Chinese tanks appear on the border of Ukraine and Belarus – it will be a war, the Americans will bomb it all. On the other hand, if Moscow informs Beijing that everything is already with the “brothers forever” and it is time to tie up Siberian resources, China will send troops and explain the situation to effective managers in a popular way. It is unknown which of the options is being implemented. Judging by the numerous prophecies about the war between Russia and China, there will be a second option and it is quite possible that it will begin in the fall.
