Without a doubt, it is an unprecedented incident and a great shame for the British authorities. So, if they are not drones, what is the real reason for the closure of the second busiest airport in the United Kingdom? Well, the answer is in a video that shows a UFO on the Gatwick airport on December 20.
UFO over Gatwick
A strange video shows the real reason for the drone activity at the Gatwick airport that sparked chaos last week. A video widely disseminated on social media, recorded by Chris Waite from the North Terminal, shows what appears to be a strange disc-shaped object over the airport. The silver disc appears static in the clouds on the left as the camera moves around the airfield.
“As seen from the North Terminal of Gatwick Airport on December 20, 2018, at 12:35, the” unmanned aircraft “is still loose, although I have not seen it. I have been told that the track will not be open until 4:00 p.m.”, says the description of the video.
After the video was published in the local networks, all kinds of comments and theories emerged to explain the sighting. And there were many who said that the images showed clearly that the incident has nothing to do with drones and that the British authorities used the term ‘drone’ to cover up the fact that they were UFO sightings, so as not to create No panic at the airport, or even in the world. In addition, they added that if it were a drone they would have located the culprits and would have knocked down the devices.
And along with this video, other prints were posted near Gatwick Airport during the night that show a strange, very bright object moving across the sky. And clearly they were not drones since they can not remain in the air for a long time due to the short duration of the battery, and they could not be helicopters either, because the strange object had no flashing lights. (You can see the video here ).
All this seems to demonstrate the theory expounded by Steve Timewell, editor of the Drone User Magazine, during an interview on the British radio station Talk radio. He assured that the Gatwick airport has been affected by UFO sightings.
“As with all drone reports, we have not yet seen any photographic evidence that they are unmanned aircraft,” Timewell explained. “So, basically, at this moment, this is a UFO sighting that is an unidentified flying object and should be described that way until we know otherwise.”
While most surfers claimed that the video recorded by Chris Waite shows an extraterrestrial UFO, skeptics said it could be a ceiling light reflected in the window or an alien cloud in the form of a flying saucer. The usual explanations.
And what do you think? Is it a UFO of extraterrestrial origin? A ceiling light reflected in the window or a cloud? What explanation do you have for the closure of the Gatwick airport after the authorities claimed that there were no drones?
